I did WW before my wedding ...I hear your struggle. I did WW before my wedding just to maintain because I am a super stress eater. After the wedding I decided I would get serious again. I have been trying since July and had loss 21 lbs (almost my 10%) but then the holidays came and I gained some back. I have been flip flopping tha past few weeks and am back to a loss of 15 lbs although I am scared to weigh in tomorrow night. I don't think it will be good.<BR/><BR/>I just don't understand how you can gain 3 or 4 lbs in one week but I never lose that in one week. Even if yo...What are you eating with those points? Even if you are eating fat free sugar free ice cream or something like that that only has a few points, it's better to eat something with the same point value that has more nutritional value like a lean protein, vegetables, fruit, whole wheat bread, etc. That could help.<BR/>In general don't drink soda... even if it is diet soda.
